Todd Phillips ialah pembuat filem Amerika dan pelakon sekali-sekala. Phillips memulakan kerjayanya pada tahun 1993 dan mengarahkan filem pada tahun 2000-an seperti Road Trip, Old School, Starsky & Hutch, dan School for Scoundrels. Dia menjadi terkenal pada awal 2010-an kerana mengarahkan The Hangover siri filem. It’s not the first time Todd has wrangled such a move according to the publication, that reported for the first Hangover movie he did the same thing, with the OG offering taking in $467.5million (£360million) worldwide at the box office.
